  2. Make ready 4 medium size snail (optional)
  3. Prepare 1 large size smoked fish

  7. Take 10 medium size pepper (blended)

  12. Get 1 medium size stock fish
  13. Get 4 medium bunches of water leaf

  1. Wash your periwinkle with warm salty water,wash very well to remove the dirt's.. - put in a clean pot,add water and salt and cook for 5min..
  2. Wash your cow skin,beef,stock fish,smoked fish and snail with warm salty water.. - seasoning with salt, maggi,pepper and onion cook for 2omin..
  3. Cut your editan leaf into tiny pieces,put in a bowl and pot boiling water on it. - rinse the leaf thrice to reduce the bitterness…
  4. Pick and wash the water leaf and cut into thing pieces
  5. Pour the periwinkle in the pot containing the meat and stockfish..
  6. Add your water leaf to the pot containing the meat
  7. Stir and add your crayfish,pepper,little water and Maggi cubes.. - allow to cook for 5min..
  8. Add your red oil and stir
  9. Add your editan leaf and cover the pot - don't stir immediately after adding the leaf.. - cook for 10min - after 10min,stir and taste the soup..
  10. Your editan soup is ready.. - best served with fufu,garri or pounded yam..
