Step by Step to make Beef Pasanday:
  1. Marinate beef pieces with the above masalas in yogurt and brown onions keep covered for few hrs or overnight
  2. Heat oil and saute onions and cumin to golden
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds
  4. Add Marinated beef and cook on high heat for 5mins than add water 1cup.
  5. Cook on low flame after boil comes, Cook till meat is Totally cooked and soft if required add more hot water, but meat should not break.
  6. Fry it well (bhun lein achi tarha) when oil comes add ginger strips and green chillies and coriander
  7. It's very tasty eat with naan and mint raita.
