  6. If the bubbles/ holes start appear then your pancake is ready to flip and wait 30 second or so then check if its done. Repeat for the rest of the batter
  7. Serve with any topping you like. My topping are blueberry jam (on each top layer) raisin, strawberry, and dried coconut

I love the crisp edges this cake pan gives. To make the cake, break up the chocolate and put in a small bowl with the coffee over a pan of water. Run knife around edges of cakes. Spread mocha buttercream frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake. Rich chocolate mocha cake layers with toasted mocha chip marshmallow filling, salted caramel and mocha frosting.
