Step by Step to make Rose Samosa:
  1. Keep all the ingredients ready mentioned above in the table.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix it well. The filling is ready. In a separate bowl, add flour, black seeds, vegetable oil and salt. Mix it well.
  4. Add water to make a smooth dough
  5. Divide dough into 5 equal parts
  6. Take one portion of the dough and divide into 3 parts (lemon size ball).
  7. Take a lemon size ball and roll it like a puri as shown below in the image
  8. Do the same as mentioned in the image
  9. Apply water on one side of the rolled puri and put another one. do the same with the another one.
  10. Put filling in the center of the rolled puri and fold it
  11. Roll it from the sides as shown below in the image
  12. Apply water at the end and seal it to make sure that it won't open while frying
  13. Do the same with the rest of the dough. you can see a beautiful rose samosa is ready for deep frying.
  14. You can make it in a different way. Take small portion of the dough and roll it like a chapatti and cut it from the sides.
  15. Fold it as shown in the image
  16. Put the filling in the center of the dough. fold it.
  17. Follow the image as shown.

  19. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry it on a low flame till it is light golden in colour
