Steps to make Cabin cake:

- Repeat until you have all the sheets stacked up with filling between them, don't spread filling on the top one
- Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight with something a bit heavy so that it presses down eavenly
- Take the cake out of the fridge and cut the sides so that it has a neat look
- Divide it in 6
- Take each peace and cut it diagonally (like in the picture)
- "Glue" the 2 sides with some of the filling set aside
- It should look more or less like a cabin or mountains
- Pour the glaze on top of them and spread it so that it covers everything
- Last step: pour some shredded coconut on top and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours
