  7. You can bake as is or water bath for 45 mins before switching the pan/ removing the pan from the water bath then, to the other side and bake for another 10-20 mins.
  8. If you have colours you might one to cover the top using a bigger tray on the top rack to prevent from browning. I used aluminium foil and sadly the cake touched the foil and voilà… 😅
  9. Let it sit on a cooling rack for an hour or two

Serve it however you like with sugar dusted over, whipped cream frosting, butter cream frosting or chocolate frosting.
