  7. Place one part on cake board, spread icing cream evenly then put second part of cake on it. Again spread icing cream all over the cake, cover all sides too with cream.
  8. Keep it in refrigerator to set for about an hour.
  9. After an hour take it out from refrigerator and apply more icing cream all over the cake and decorate according to your choice.
  10. Red velvet cake is ready.
