The ingredients needed to make Beef Broccoli:
  1. Prepare 200 g beef sliced thin
  2. Take 2 teaspoon ginger minced
  3. Take 2 cloves garlic minced
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp cornstarch
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  6. Take 1/4 cup cooking oil
  7. Get to taste Salt and ground pepper
  8. Take Marinade
  9. Get 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  10. Take 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  11. Take 1 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
  12. Get 2 tbsp cooking wine
Step by Step to make Beef Broccoli:
  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients with the thin slices of beef. Add the cornstarch and mix it well. Marinade for 15 mins in the fridge.
  2. Heat up the pan. Add cooking oil and saute the ginger and garlic till fragrance. Stir fry the broccoli for 3mins. Set aside
  3. Take out the marinade when ready. Add up some cooking oil and put the marinade into the pan. Gradually pour water when needed to cook the beef tenderly. Add the broccoli and stir for 2 mins.
  4. Then serve while it's hot
